Main Responsibilities:

• Must have excellent communication skills
• Answering phone calls
• Call transfers
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Taking initiative during down-times and acting with a sense of urgency during peak periods of business
• Selling and Answering Technical Questions
• Greeting Customers

Requirements:

• Positive attitude
• 1 year Sales (Preferred)
• Able to trouble shoot sales/warranty calls
• High School Diploma
• Prefer computer literacy
• Prefer interest or experience in the Powersports Industry
• Excellent customer service and solid communication skills
• Must be somewhat knowledgeable of 4-stroke motorcycles

Physical Factors/Working conditions

• Frequently required to stand, work, and sit
• May need to move up to 30 pounds

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Quickbooks: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
